  • Account information — if you create an account, your username, email address and saved delivery addresses.
  • Enquiry information — the name, email address and message you submit through our contact form.
  • Technical information — your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, recorded in standard server logs and used to keep the site secure and working correctly.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To handle refunds, replacements and delivery issues under our Refund Policy.
  • To respond to enquiries you send us.
  • To manage your account, where you have created one.
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the website.

We send marketing email only if you have asked us to. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect order-related messages.

3. Payment information

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking details.

Where an online payment method is offered, payment is completed on the payment provider’s own secure systems and we receive only a confirmation of the result.

Where you choose Cash on Delivery, payment is collected at the time your order is handed to you.
